Does Rob have the Juice to get anything over the goal line anymore?

Reading the following article in the Day can cause one to wonder what is Rob thinking!

Is Rob trying to expend our money to buy our votes for the strong mayor run? It seems that Rob cannot garner any support for his ideas lately. This was a foolish notion given the fact that New London has so many programs for our youth that no one really knows what they are or what they do.

What kind of leadership would just want to throw more money at the problem without figuring out what we have?

Rob gets the "FISCAL FOOLISHNESS" award for this idea. Money down the toilet!

Thank our lucky stars that the rest of the council is using their heads during this violent crime wave in the city.
