I want to make sure that I have the whole picture here. Rob Pero is a state union worker, Rob Pero's father worked for the city, Rob Pero's wife works as a union teacher, Rob Pero's brother is a union police officer in New London, Rob Pero's other brother worked for the New London Public Works Department as a union member, Rob Pero's brother in law works for ocean beach, not a public enterprise but it once was. All this I gathered just searching Rob Pero on the Day website.

The picture shows an entire family that is now or has been employed in the public sector, most in union jobs with union negotiated benefits and pay. They have all reaped the benefits of those before them that have stood up for each other in tough times. But Rob Pero does not stand up for the very organization that he benefits from, organized labor. They have all cashed those union negotiated paychecks and used those union negotiated benefits.

How is it that Rob Pero can be so anti union when it is the union that made sure his family has been so well cared for? This type of leaching has to end.
